Shipping policy

Shipping

  • All orders will be dispatched once payment has been received.
  • Local door-to-door deliveries are a standard flat rate of R200.
  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please note orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay of shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
  • Shipping rates and delivery estimates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Orders within KZN, will be delivered within 2-3 working days. Orders out of KZN will be delivered within 3-5 working days.
  • Please note House of Harhaz is not responsible for any loss or damaged parcel once it has left our studio.

Return Policy 

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@harhaz.com

  • If you do wish to return your piece, we will be happy to assist you provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of purchase. 
  • All sale items are non-refundable. 
  • Delivery charge and the cost of return postage will only be refunded if the piece is faulty and customers are responsible for their own return cost, unless its a production fault.
  • If you are intending to return an item please do contact us at info@harhaz.com to arrange.
  • We will not be held liable for any missing parcels, so we do suggest you consider a courier with a tracking service.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
