FAQs

How long does shipping take?

Once we have processed your order which can take up to 3-5 working day’s we will then ship your order. Internationals orders can take 5-10 working days once the order is processed.

How can I track my order?

You will be allocated a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched from our studio.

I can't find something I wanted to purchase, or it is listed as sold out. What can I do?

Unfortunately, if the item isn’t on the website this may be because it has sold out. Please contact us and we will check availability of fabric in our studio. If there is availability, we will have one made for you.

Can I edit/cancel my order after I placed it?

Sadly no! Once your order has been placed and imported into our system, we have no ability to edit it or make any changes for you.

PRE-ORDER

What is a pre-order?

Pre-ordering an item secures your size on the spot. Once the item is made-to-order, orders will be dispatched to customers who have placed a pre-order before it is made available to the general public.

When will my pre-order be sent?

Items marked with Pre-Order will be dispatched from House of Harhaz once the items become available. Please refer to the individual product details for more information.

Can I return my pre-ordered item?

Unfortunately not, as all orders placed will be made up especially for you in our studio.

What size am I?

We offer custom sizing as well. Please email us info@harhaz.com for further details on custom orders.
